Protective cabins for your automation solutions and robot installations

Complete solutions for robot cells with dust and sound protection

Are you looking for protective enclosures for your automation solutions that not only comply with the DIN EN ISO 14120 standard but are also practical and beautiful? The modular design allows you to freely choose width, depth and height. The complete solution with base and side walls as a stand-alone module saves an enormous amount of time during commissioning and especially at the customer's site. Whenever you need more than just a fence due to the processes or components, if you also want to offer your customers noise protection or dust protection, or both, then we should talk to you. Together we plan and develop tailor-made protective enclosures for your automation solutions.

The most important reasons for a closed protective enclosure

The protective enclosure as the basis for the EU declaration of conformity

Securing the danger areas of an automation solution is often the responsibility of the machine user. This applies in particular to retrofit projects in which existing machines are upgraded in terms of safety and the user can easily assess the possible hazards and individual risks. When delivering a complete system, this task clearly falls within the scope of the machine manufacturer. As an important component of the automation concept, the risk analysis for an EU declaration of conformity, i.e. a CE mark, is in most cases unthinkable without the appropriate protective enclosure. Thanks to the closed design, reaching over, crawling under or insufficient safety distances, the biggest sources of error when designing protective fences, are no longer an issue.

The protective enclosure for noise and dust protection

This is where the added value compared to a protective fence lies. With our robot cells, we design noise protection at the same time. Optionally made from completely insulated sandwich panels, or alternatively with an efficient sheet metal construction that is open-pored on the inside. At the same time, in dirty processes the dust remains in the cabin, or conversely, even in particularly clean processes, the dust from the cabin remains outside. The sophisticated sheet metal construction with the integrated and concealed cable guides offers little storage space for dust nests and the cabins can be easily cleaned.

The protective enclosure as a modular cell - plug & play included

The foundation of the robot cells are the bases developed in lightweight sheet metal construction. These are particularly load-bearing and torsion-resistant and therefore provide the basis for the completely pre-installed robot cell. This means you can assemble, test and commission the entire automation process in the cell. This eliminates the need for time-consuming individual assembly at the customer's premises and the associated long assembly time. The modular system also allows several cells to be strung together to form a large, complete solution.
