Dear business partners,

dear fans, The following story is fictitious and describes our vision of 2023. An emotional story that shows us with an ambitious picture what our mission and our path for the next few years should look like. What values ​​we pursue and how we want to treat ourselves and our partners. What we do and what we don't do. We have set ourselves clear goals that we will move towards day by day, year after year. At the center of our considerations are you: our customers, our employees, our partners. We know very well that we do not yet meet the high demands of this story today. However, we have a vision. And we are already on our way.

Dear colleagues,

I also used the end of 2023 to visit our favorite customers. Yesterday I had a very special experience and I definitely have to tell you about it. When I visited one of these customers, the material planner Mr. Müller enthusiastically told me about the personal added value he achieved from our configurator:

“In all the years that we have been ordering the control cabinets via the configurator, there has not been a single complaint because something didn't fit or didn't work. This is particularly significant because we now source all of our housings from them - and they know best what quantities we use worldwide. They have been knocking out their competitors for a long time with their unique concept of specific customer solutions. But why should I order standard when I can get a solution that exactly meets my requirements with special dimensions for a small additional cost. But what fascinates me even more than the product quality is the short delivery time and the truly unique adherence to delivery dates. As far as I can remember, no delivery has ever been more than a day late. All of this is all the more astonishing to me when I know full well that they have also increased the output of other sheet metal products and assemblies. I don't know of any other supplier with such customer orientation. You can literally feel the obviously high level of motivation of their employees on the phone - all inquiries are processed immediately with passion and every wish is realized if at all possible. How do you do that?”

I then told Mr. Müller about our vision for the self-realization opportunities of each individual colleague in the still family-run company. And that with our ideas about livable and meaningful work, we have now become a real employee magnet. With our model of flexible and individual working hours, everyone can find the balance between family and work. On our company trip to a Mediterranean island with all of our colleagues in autumn 2020, I was able to see very clearly the extraordinary cohesion across the team. All colleagues act like entrepreneurs and can always develop further according to their personal wishes through our structured educational offering. Thanks to sustainable growth, there are no limits and at the top of your career ladder you can actually become a managing director through a spin-off under the umbrella of a strong brand. The foundation of this success is not only the further training program, but also the mutual support with knowledge and information across the teams.

Maybe I raved a little too much to Mr. Müller about our corporate culture - his application was in my mail this morning.
