Stainless steel control cabinets

No luck finding suitable stainless steel control cabinets?

The selection of suitable control cabinets made of stainless steel is naturally even more limited than for models made of sheet steel. Not so with ARMARiO. The material initially plays no role in your individualization wishes. You choose the model you want, the exact dimensions for a fit in the system module, set your desired hole patterns in just a few minutes and then select your material with just one more click.

On the SaaS platform ARMARiO.de you can choose whether your control cabinet should be made of sheet steel with a powder-coated surface or made of stainless steel. All you can do is check the material box in step 3. Everything else is fully automatic. Right from the start, the control cabinet is produced according to your needs and to ensure that everything works, we have developed the digital twins for the different housing variants. You can rely on that, guaranteed.

What materials is it made from?

You have the choice between two materials:

V2A is a stainless steel that is commonly encountered in everyday life and is used, for example, in the construction of railings, vehicles and sinks and is used in the beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. Other common names for this material are: material number 1.4301 or AISI 304 or X5CrNi18/10.

V4A is similar to V2A stainless steel, but is also alloyed with 2% Mo. This means that the stainless steel becomes more resistant to corrosion in media containing chloride. The V4A stainless steel is used in salt water, swimming pools and the chemical industry. Other common names for this material are: material number 1.4571 or AISI 316 or X6CrNiMoTi17-12-2.

Which surfaces are available?

The right surface rounds off the stainless steel range on ARMARiO. You can choose between a matt surface, blasted glass beads, or a ground surface in grain 280.
